Currently, all sales are final. We can not exchange individual items from a curated gift bag.

Local Delivery 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will not be fulfilled on weekends or holidays. All items will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. You will be notified of the delivery date via email. If you would like to schedule specific time(s) please reach out to us for any requests. 

 

Shipping Transit Times and Rates

Shipping estimates are from the time the selected shipping service receives your package. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method at checkout. 
  
Shipping rates & delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated based on data directly from the carrier and the region in which we are shipping to including the weight of the items in your cart. 
  

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been fulfilled, a shipment notification email with tracking information will follow. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information in the email to be updated. 

If you have not received tracking after your have placed your order, please check your junk mail. If the email is nowhere to be found, please reach out to us directly. 

Damaged or Lost Packages
 
TheBagBarn is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
